Portfolio EPC
Reviews
Every certificate across your portfolio, in one view. Which are valid, which are expiring, which sit below the minimum standard, and what to fix first.
- One register every property, every certificate
- Risk-ranked most exposed first
- Both scales domestic and commercial
Who needs this?
Landlords and investors with several let properties
Managing agents responsible for compliance across clients
Housing providers and public bodies with mixed estates
Buyers and lenders doing due diligence on a portfolio
What's involved
- You send us the address list
- We pull each EPC from the register and check rating, validity and expiry
- We flag MEES exposure today and against the 2030 domestic and 2031 commercial targets
- We deliver a ranked register and walk you through it
Three questions, every property
- Is it valid? Certificates last 10 years. An expired EPC is treated as no EPC.
- Is it lettable? Below E cannot legally be let without a registered exemption.
- Will it still be? EPC C for domestic lets by 1 October 2030; EPC B set for larger commercial buildings by 2031.
The register answers all three for every address, then ranks them so the most exposed properties come first.

Frequently asked questions
What do we need to give you?
A list of addresses. Copies of existing certificates help but are not essential, because we pull each EPC from the public register.
Does the review include new EPCs?
No. Where a property has no valid certificate, or needs a fresh assessment, we say so and quote for it separately.
Does it cover domestic and commercial property?
Yes. Domestic and non-domestic EPCs use different scales and different rules, and the register keeps them distinct.
How often should we repeat it?
Annually for most portfolios. If you would rather not repeat it at all, Compliance Renewal Tracking keeps the register live and tells you before each certificate falls due.
